Reporting a technical problem

If you are having technical difficulties and believe you have found a bug, please go to the respective app store (App Store) or (Google Play Store) and write feedback to the developer.

You may also report a problem in the app.

• Go to your profile icon in the bottom right corner.
• Press the '...' and select 'Settings and Privacy'.
• Select 'Help' and 'Report a Problem' and enter the details of your issue. Press 'Submit'.

Reporting a user

You can report a user who is breaching our content-policy.

• Go to the profile of the user you wish to report.
• Press the (...) in the top right hand corner of the screen.
• Select "Report User".
• Enter your reason for reporting the user either by checking one of the boxes or typing your own custom reason into the text box.
• Press "Send Report"

Reporting content, posts and videos.

You may wish to report content which you find breaches our content-policy.

• Open the post and press the "..." icon on bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select "Report content".
• Enter your reason for reporting the user either by checking one of the boxes or typing your own custom reason into the text box.
• Press 'Send Report'.
