Hyprr Content Policy

You are responsible for your use of the Hyprr Social media platform and for any Content you post. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with other Users. Any use of Content or materials accessed via Hyprr is done so at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted on Hyprr or endorse any opinions expressed by its users. By using Hyprr, you understand that you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, harmful, inappropriate, inaccurate, misleading or deceptive. All Content is the sole responsibility of the User from whom it originated. Hyprr may not monitor or control the Content posted via the social media platform and we cannot take responsibility for such Content.

Content Rights

You own your own content and retain your rights over any Content that you post on Hyprr. You must have or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and authority necessary to post and share Content you submit to Hyprr. You agree that such Content will not contain material subject to copyright or other proprietary rights, unless you have necessary permission or are otherwise legally entitled to post the material. It is the responsibility of the Content owner to ensure that Content purchased from them by another User is made available to that User without restriction. The purchasing User does not own rights to any purchased Content and does not have the right or authority to share or redistribute that content.

Community Guidelines

Hyprr has a set of community guidelines in order to protect Users and keep everyone safe on the platform. Hyprr reserves the right to remove Content and Users who do not comply with these guidelines. Every Content Creator and User can play their part in ensuring that the Hyprr platform provides an enriching and rewarding experience for all, by understanding and respecting the following guidelines and reporting any suspected infringements of them:

Hate Crime and Speech

Any content that discriminates against or threatens other people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, class, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity, religious belief, age, disability or health condition will not be tolerated.

Data Protection and Doxing

Hyprr users must not post private information such as addresses, telephone numbers and personal identification numbers. Hyprr users must not post, threaten to post or encourage others to post other user's private information.

Bullying

Online bullying is not welcome on Hyprr. Posts identified and confirmed to be harassing or harmful to other users will be removed. Hyprr users must not post material which promotes or encourages self harm or suicide. As Hyprr evolves as a platform, we will introduce functionality that protects users from unwelcome pile ons and harassment.

Child Exploitation

Any content related to the sexual exploitation of children or minors will be removed and will result in the immediate termination of the user account and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Violent Content

You must not post content which depicts extreme graphic violence or gore. Any content that is violent or which glorifies or promotes violence against other people or animals is not permitted. This includes dangerous acts and/or challenges that encourage or promote behaviours that may lead to serious injury or death.

Adult Content

Hyprr users must not post or share pornographic or illegal content. Whilst Hyprr may hold some content which is deemed inappropriate for users under the age of 18 years old, we will ensure that best practices and services are in place to protect users under the age of 18 years old.

Propaganda

Hyprr users must not post or share political propaganda, terrorism or extremist ideology

Impersonation, Copyright and Squatting.

Hyprr users should not violate intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks. Any suspected plagiarism should be reported. Hyprr users must not impersonate individuals, groups, or organisations in a way that is intended to or does mislead or deceive others. User or channel name squatting or the sale of names will not be permitted and Hyppr retains the right to reallocate trademark infringed user and channel names.

Parody and Fan Accounts

Hyprr permits the creation of parody and fan user or channel names where non-affiliation of the primary subject is clearly marked.

Spamming

Hyprr users should not dilute quality content on the platform with excessive spamming of referral links, promotions or material that impacts, intentionally or unintentionally, on the experience of other users. Users must not repeatedly post the same comments on social media feeds.

Frauds, scams and malware

Users must not post links redirecting to websites containing malware, spyware or any websites with malicious intent. Hyprr does not permit any activity that exploits platform users, including schemes to defraud individuals or steal assets. We will remove content or links that we suspect is deliberately deceiving people in order to gain an unlawful financial advantage.

Sale of Illegal Goods

Hyprr users shall not engage or facilitate the selling or buying of illegal goods or services, in addition to certain types of regulated goods or services, including but not restricted to non-medical drugs, pharmaceutical drugs and marijuana.

Hyprr Content Policy-Infringement Penalties.

All initial infringements of the Hyprr Content Policy will result in the post being deleted and a warning given to the original poster. The exceptions to this are any posts of sexual exploitation of children which will result in the termination of the user name and associated channels and reporting to the appropriate authorities; to any threats of violence; any sales of illegal goods which will both result in immediate suspension. Hyprr has the right to delete any content and to suspend any account that Hyprr deems to be unsuitable. Any subsequent infringement within a rolling six month period will result in a 24 hour suspension of profile, channel(s) and Hyprr services. A third infringement will result in a 48 hour suspension. A fourth and final infringement within a rolling six month period will result in a permanent suspension.
