How do I change my password?

• Go to your Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
• Select "Settings and Privacy" from the dropdown list.
• Select "Change Password" from the list on the left and amend your password. Please note you need to know your old password in order to change it in settings.
• Once you have entered your new password as instructed, select ‘Set new password'.

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Don't worry we have all been there! To reset your password from the "Login" screen, select "Forgot password?". You will be prompted to enter your registered email address and an email will then be sent with a link for you to change your password.

I have forgotten my wallet pin. How do I reset it?

You can reset your wallet pin provided if you can log into your account and remember your password.

• Go to your profile icon in the top right corner and select 'Wallet' from the dropdown list.
• Select the ellipse icon '...' within the black box in your wallet.
• Click 'Reset Pin'
• Enter your new pin and Hyprr password and click 'Set new PIN'.

I have forgotten my seed phrase.

You can view your wallet seed phrase provided if you can log into your account and remember your pin.

• Go to your profile icon in the top right corner and select 'Wallet' from the dropdown list.
• Select the ellipse icon '...' within the black box in your wallet.
• Select 'View Seed Words' from the dropdown list.
• Enter your pin and select 'Show words'.

How do I change my registered email address?

Please email support@hyprr.com to request a change of email address on your account.

How do I log out?

• Click on your profile icon on the top right hand corner of the screen to bring up a list of options.
• Select "Log Out" at the bottom of the list.

Who can see my account?

When you first create an account, the default setting is for a public account which everyone on the Hyprr platform can view. However, you can change your account to ‘private’ so that only users that you approve may view your profile and posts.

• Select your profile icon on the top right of your screen.
• Select 'Settings and privacy' from the dropdown list.
• Select 'Privacy' from the list on the left.
• Here you can apply the 'Private Account' setting by checking the box

How do I block another user?

If you block another user they will not be able to see your posts or interact with you on Hyprr.

• Select the profile of the user that you wish to block
• Select the '...' icon and select 'Block'.

How do I unblock a user?

• Select your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
• Select 'Settings and Privacy' and then select 'Privacy' from the list on the left of the screen.
• You can then manage your 'Blocked Users'.

How do I delete my account?

• Select your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
• Select 'Settings and Privacy' and then select 'Security' from the list on the left of the screen.
• Select 'Delete Account' to delete your account and all of your profile data.
• You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete your account. All data will be erased, and you will no longer have access to your wallet. This cannot be reversed.
• Check your registered email account for a verification code. Enter this code as requested and select 'Delete Account' to confirm your account deletion.

How do I get my account get verified?

Currently, Verification is done on a case by case basis and is restricted for most people.
